ZEST! Exercise to Music – Wednesday 09:30-10:30 / £7.00
A low-impact low-intensity exercise class including aerobic exercise to music, a strength section and some stretching. This energetic and fun class aims to improve or maintain overall fitness without feeling like it’s a workout! Approx 55mins.
Chair Based Exercise – Wednesday 11:00-12:00 / £5.00
We will work on our flexibility, balance and strength. All the exercises can be done seated or standing to suit your own ability or how you feel on the day. These carefully planned routines have been developed to improve mobility, confidence and independence and keep you moving! Approx 45-50mins.
Classes run through the year, including Term Times. Payable on the day, collect a Loyalty Card at your first class.
Please wear comfortable loose clothing, flat supportive shoes or trainers, bring along a bottle of water and don’t forget your enthusiasm!
